This space used to contain my credentials: all the certifications I acquired in the past five years, which comprise the yellow brick road leading to UNLTD (my Biohacking center).

I figure those words could live in some barren land like a "more options page."

I'd like to tell you exactly who I am.

I lived an ordinary life, never married nor had kids. I lived in different countries for schooling during various phases of my life.

All I remember of my 20s and 30s, was the nagging itch to be free from dogma and structure, so I lived like a rebel.

All I could think of was: NO was a word I absolutely abhorred.

So when I knew that tying the knot nor being a mother wasn’t “my thing,” I embraced it,

or more accurately, I embraced “ME.”

I also unabashedly proclaim my love for weird things like stuffed animals and insects and plants, bacteria and other microorganisms, with whom I have telepathic conversations. I am the proud slave to my cats, for whom I drop everything when they need a pre-siesta massage.

They open my heart so wide and that’s something I’m not ashamed of.

When I was 22, a manghuhula working in the restaurant I was doing my school internship in, said I’d be a “late bloomer,”

but she also said I would marry a rich man, because a King came out from her deck of cards.

Well 50 percent true – good enough, right?

Back then I thought her prediction was hogwash, but in retrospect, somehow maybe it came true.

And there are no regrets. It took me a while to figure out who I was and what I really wanted to do in life. I found it at 44 years old!

I grew up a sickly child. I always had bouts of asthma and time and again, my Mom would rush me to the ER for injections and oxygen therapy.

I even had my own oxygen tank in my room.

I remember long, dark nights where I would sleep sitting up because lying down made me feel like I was drowning. I remember the doctor said, “Just be athletic and you’ll outgrow it.”

I took that advice to heart and I became active.

I started jazz dancing and doing Jane Fonda workouts and stationary bike sessions at home, plus steam sauna to accelerate the fat burn (teenage over-dieting mindset).

It worked! I didn’t get a single attack for years!

Of course that made me an exercise addict and I remained athletic until my late 30s.

I was so astounded at how a lifestyle change could alter my health drastically without medication.

Since then, I’ve always been interested in health and because I grew up with a chip on my shoulder thinking I was too fat and my legs were too big, most of the topics that would pique my interest were on weight loss.

It became an obsession and everything I did led me to finding food that was healthier (or made me not gain weight).

I’ve always been on this endless quest of finding what food, what supplement, what workout would make me super thin.

At 38, a turning point in my life hit me hard.

My mom had a life-threatening stroke that would leave her bed-ridden for the rest of her life. My life took a sharp turn to nowhere. I had no idea what my future held.

So I went to a fortune teller, just like the fortune teller in the restaurant, but Master’s Degree level, because her advice seemed more authentic, albeit, weirder.

She was a spirit guide channeler who said my guides pleaded that I go to India, in this place called Auroville, founded by Sri Aurobindo.

My eyebrows were doing some kind of rhythmic dance as I was listening to her words. Read here to see how that part of my life transpired.

Fast forward and I’m 48, way more mature, and no longer seeing fortune tellers, but rather, using my own powerful inner guidance and intuition to point my nose in the right (sometimes rocky) direction.

I no longer equate thin with being healthy, though that lasted until I was 43.

The quest for ultimate health has reached an all time high for me, especially since I discovered so many shortcuts to get to where I am today.

I received hard-to-ignore messages, synchronicities, and hard downloads of what methods to learn, first, to heal my own issues and then eventually to help others find wholeness.

“Learn it NOW.” And I followed.

I learned many fascinating things about how the body heals itself through lifestyle, mirroring the advice the doctor gave me when I was barely ten years old.

I learned there are non-invasive methods to accelerate progress by boosting, not busting, the body’s innate regenerative mechanisms eternally coded in our very DNA.

I want to teach people be who they are, by learning who they are

and remembering who they’re meant to be.

I want them to fully be themselves, with courage and pride, without shame and with full transparency.

I want people to discover their hidden superpowers much like how Hiccup’s mom revealed spiny scales on Toothless’ back, that would allow him to navigate sharp turns with ease.

(I love Toothless so much).

The journey of Self-Discovery is never easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is.

If you would allow it, I could be the guide to yours.

Achieve your full potential

Have you achieved your full potential yet?

Beating your personal best

Let’s face it. It’s so easy to be run down by the challenges and the state of the world at large. We live at a very fast pace as more information becomes available right at our fingertips. Everything needs to be obtained and achieved now, and almost every industry imaginable caters to this obsession for speed.

But because the speed at which we live our lives is getting faster by the day, we neglect the little things that are often the most important, like the food we eat, the amount of sleep we have, and our mental well-being. When you neglect these seemingly small things, your health is at a big risk.

People are in a constant state of stress while being riddled with diseases and conditions that keep them from achieving what they originally set out to do or be. Everyone suffers in one way or another from this modern, fast-paced lifestyle. Because of this, most people don’t get to live in their optimal state--their absolute personal best at which they’re both happy and healthy. But that’s where we come in. We’re here to help.
